Privacy Policy

This site collects no personal data beyond email correspondence you initiate. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts. The policy below is GDPR-compliant for our current pre-launch scope and will be updated as the product evolves.

2. What data we collect

This website itself collects no personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts on this site.

If you contact us by email (e.g. by clicking "Request a demo" or any other email link on this site), your email address and message content are received and stored only in our inbox, solely for the purpose of responding to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not share your email with any third party.

3. Legal basis

Processing of any email you send is based on:

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, or
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

4. Retention period

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless a longer business purpose applies (e.g. an ongoing customer conversation) or you request earlier deletion.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
Request deletion of your data (Art. 17)
Restrict processing (Art. 18)
Object to processing (Art. 21)
Data portability (Art. 20)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Spanish data protection authority is the AEPD (www.aepd.es). If you are in another EU member state, you may contact your local supervisory authority.

6. Hosting & infrastructure

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Domain DNS and email forwarding are operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Both providers operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or equivalent standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.

When you visit this site, Netlify automatically receives standard server log data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL). This is retained briefly by Netlify for security and abuse prevention; we do not access or analyze these logs.

When you send an email to an address on this domain, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to our inbox. Cloudflare processes the message in transit only and does not retain message content.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the product and our data processing evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date below. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
